Resumé_

I have been coding in some compacity since 9th grade but really found my passion for it in my sophomore year at Watkins College of Art and Design. I was attending for Bachelor of Graphic Design and fell in love with the world that coding opened up. I am now going on 8 years of professional experience and will never stop learning, which is what I love about what I do.

Pyxl Website Refresh

Pyxl's Website Redesign

This was a ground up rebuild of Pyxl's site. I was the lead developer on the project and developed the plan that was used throughout the build process. I managed another full time developer while also working to build out the backend of the site, including WordPress admin structure and frontend framework. Utilizing Navigo for the client side navigation and custom JS events to load functionality when specific templates are loaded, we created an easy to scale site that has given a new face to the company.

The Mil and Mine

The Mill and Mine

This site uses the TicketWeb API via their WordPress plugin to pull in the events for this venue. The client also needed a way to add additional information and images for use on the site only. To accomplish this I developed a custom plugin that acts as an add-on to the TicketWeb plugin and provides an area in the backend to add the additional data to events pulled via the API.

MomSource Network

I was brought in when this project and the client relationship began getting shaky. I paid special attention to how we communicated with the client and took special care to explain to them why things were being done the way they were. I was instrumental in turning the relationship around and getting the project over the finish line.
